I've changed the washer on my cold kitchen tap this morning - a job I should have done long ago. Quite please with myself now though. I've viewed a flat in Lancing. It was really a lovely lovely flat. Tonnes of light, and lots of storage. Kitchen twice as big as my present one, and the potential for improvement by replacing the very old units and the equally old bathroom. Ground floor, and has a door to a private patio. But the patio is at the front. I think it's too much to spend to lose the privacy I have now. Watching the F1 now, but I've got so much to do around the flat that my head is in danger of exploding. I just don't know where to start!
