I've finally got mud on the wheels of my bike! After well over ten years of use, I have taken it off road for the first time. I've always shied away from trying it because I thought it would be so difficult, but I should have known that for a 21 speed bike it would be easy! I had today booked off work (a sudden decision because of the lovely weather) and I cycled all the way up to Cissbury Ring without stopping, and stayed up there over two hours, most of it sitting in a tree! Work was harsh yesterday so this was the best thing I could have done for my mental well-being. Really stunning day.
